This is me

It started with a vision of hope

My name is Jeremiah “Jeremi” Medina, and I am deeply honored that you have taken the time to learn more about me and my vision for our community.

I come from a working class family that knows what it means to live paycheck to paycheck. Growing up, I watched my family work multiple jobs just to make ends meet. I know the stress of worrying about paying bills and keeping the lights on. Those experiences shaped who I am and why I believe we need leaders under the Golden Dome who truly reflect the people of Colorado, especially the families who are struggling to get by.

We are living in difficult times, but know this. I am, and always will be, a fighter for the people.

Colorado has been my home for my entire life, and it is the place where my roots run deep. I grew up in Lakewood, a place where my parents chose to settle down not just to raise me, but to build a brighter and more prosperous future. My parents and grandparents worked hard to create the foundation we stand on today, and I am committed to ensuring that future generations of Coloradans will have opportunities to succeed and thrive.

I believe that we are stronger when we come together, when we listen to one another, and when we work to lift each other up. It is easy to get lost in division, but the truth is that we all want the same thing. A better life for our families, a safe and prosperous future for our children, and the chance to be our best selves. I am running to ensure we have a government that reflects those values, sees the potential in every person, and works tirelessly so no one is left behind.

Together, we can create a community where access to education, healthcare, affordable housing, and good jobs are not privileges, but rights for all. We can invest in a sustainable future that protects our environment while driving innovation and growth. We can foster an inclusive society where diversity is celebrated and everyone has a seat at the table. We can do all of this and more, but it will take bold leadership and a shared vision for a future we can all be proud of.

For too long, we have put parties and special interests above people. I will always put people first.

I am ready to lead and to work hard every day to make our community a better place for everyone. This is a time for action, unity, and hope. I am excited about the opportunity to serve you, to listen to your concerns, and to fight for the values that matter most to us all.

Con esperanza,

JM
